Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill
Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill was built in 2000 on the grounds of the 120-acre Freedom Hill County Park at Metropolitan Parkway in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Palace Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) assumed management, marketing and booking of the 7,200-capacity venue in November 2015 after reaching a cooperative agreement with Luna Entertainment (Luna).
Luna has invested more than $2 million in facility improvements since acquiring Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill in 2012, including technology and cosmetic improvements, sound system and facility’s lighting system.
PS&E and Luna will provide Macomb County and the entire metro-Detroit area with an improved summer entertainment mix. PS&E will attract and entertain Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill concertgoers with the same diverse array of top touring acts they have come to expect when attending shows at other PS&E venues.
The venue’s seating capacity is comprised of a covered pavilion with approximately 4,200 fixed seats and lawn seating for approximately 3,000.
